— Pere Casafont, Ludoya CreatorOne Wednesday afternoon I was digging through the shelves for a particular game, and found one I didn't remember owning at all. The collection had crept across three rooms over the years.
"This is ridiculous," I said to my wife. "We need one place for all of it: the games, the plays, the plans."
I started building it that night.
Everything since has been tested the same way: late-night coding, then a real game night with real friends to find out what actually helped and what just looked good in a mockup.
That's still what Ludoya is: one place for the games, the plays, and the people you play them with.
Why Ludoya?
Board games are the most sociable hobby there is, and yet the tools around them are strangely solitary. Your collection lives in one app, your photos in another, and the group chat where you actually arrange to play forgets everything the moment it scrolls. Behind Our Name & Logo
"Ludoya" combines "Ludo" (Latin for game) and "Ya" ("you" in English, "shop" in Japanese, and "now" in Spanish), symbolizing instant connection and inclusive play.
Our logo integrates a dice's pips forming an "L", with distinct colors representing individual players, reflecting both community and personal identity.
